Meet Our Specialist

Nell is the Veteran Specialist at The Veterans Chow Hall, where she helps veterans and their families navigate the complexities of accessing the benefits they’ve earned through their military service. Nell is dedicated to ensuring that veterans get the support they deserve, guiding them through the often-challenging process of securing VA benefits.

Before joining The Veterans Chow Hall, Nell gained valuable experience in military and veteran services, giving her a deep understanding of the unique obstacles veterans face. Her background in both advocacy and hands-on support makes her a trusted resource for those seeking assistance.

Nell's dedication to helping veterans stems from a deeply personal experience. Her husband, a Marine, was stranded in the desert for 59 days after the war had ended. His family began to start thinking the worst, only to later discover he had survived and still had to fight for his benefits. In the process of advocating for her husband, Nell learned the complexities of the VA system firsthand and became determined to help others navigate it.
